PSK Monopolia offers the whole range of certified commercial concretes and mortars used in modern civil and road construction.
All products are manufactured using facilities of the Story Invest Company, which is one the structural divisions of the Company.
PSK Monopolia has the latest concrete-and-mortar stations from LIEBHERR with a capacity of 120 m³ of concrete per hour. Heating system of the plant as well as that of inert materials is based on the equipment from POLARMATIC (Finland). Use of antifreeze agents and heating of inert materials enable continuous production of concrete mixtures during winter with a necessary output temperature of the mixture.
Concrete-and-mortar station LIEBHERR BETOMIX 3,0 R is a fully computerized plant of German quality with additional visual control over concrete mixture using video cameras installed in concrete mixers.

All products of PSl Monopolia is subject to quality control at the own laboratory. The laboratory performs incoming material control, control of finished concrete mixtures, as well as necessary tests of finished product specimens for strength, freezing resistanc, and water impermeability, and issues all necessary documentation on each lot of products as per GOST (National Standards).
QC at all production stages guarantees that the client will receive the required volume, necessary properties, and good quality of products.

All operations for shipment of products are performed on the just-in-time basis. All special machinery is equipped with systems of satellite positioning and full-time communication with the dispatching department for control at all stages. It guarantees prompt delivery of concrete and mortar in any volumes within shortest periods of time, which is of no little significance at high rates of modern cast-in-situ construction..
